Verification notes

Shutdown: The operator explicitly lists October 30, 2026 as the service end date. It is still future at this October 24 review, so the record remains planned. The same page prematurely uses past-tense closure wording; that contradiction is preserved and is not treated as proof the future cutoff has already occurred. Scope is the complete named mobile AI hairstyle service, not Infigate’s other apps, AI models or company. The original gives December 5, 2023 as initial release. First announcement day, cutoff hour and time zone were not verified; an inaccessible notice link does not supply those facts. Closure source

Launch: The original operator project page explicitly labels December 5, 2023 as the first release.
Location: Japan · Sapporo. The original operator company page expressly lists its registered head-office and satellite office in Sapporo. Use the operator head-office city fallback, not a claim about an individual development desk. GeoNames provides a representative city point rounded to two decimals, not an office or server address.
