Verification notes

Shutdown: The original account-portal notice explicitly gives November13,2026. This is a future scheduled whole Airtop service closure, not an already completed shutdown or a model/API-only retirement. Existing users can still sign in and manage subscriptions; no authenticated account or agent execution was tested. The homepage calls Airtop the platform and Mark an AI employee built on it; Agent Builder, Mark and browser/API execution entrances are grouped into this one canonical product. The older Switchboard collaboration product and independently used third-party clients are not separately declared closed here. The announcement publication day, cutoff hour/time zone and first launch day were not established. Closure source

Launch: The first public availability day was not established; the November7,2024 introductory X post is not assumed to be the first launch.
Location: United States · San Francisco. The verified product-team X profile links airtop.ai and explicitly lists San Francisco as its location. This is the operator’s self-reported operating-city proxy, not a street address or an independently audited headquarters. The original terms separately list a San Jose legal/business-contact address; those different bases are not conflated. GeoNames supplies the rounded city point. Location source · Coordinate source
