Verification notes

Shutdown: The maker-signed original shutdown page states the entire Charm service would end September 15, 2023 and subscribers could use it until then, after which subscriptions would be cancelled. The current first-party homepage and shutdown page both use past tense to confirm that Charm is shut down as of September 15. This date is an operator-confirmed service-end day, not an inferred proxy; the exact cutoff hour and timezone are not stated. The product was a separately named and subscribed third-party AI add-on with its own usecharm.ai entry, paid customer accounts, templates and editor for a complete text-data task in Google Sheets. It is not a Google Sheets native feature, an individual model/API or a single embedded capability. Google Sheets itself and unrelated Marketplace tools continue. The first-party footer identifies maker Shubhro in NYC but supplies no surname or legal entity, so the operator is represented only by that public name and the location is a maker-city statement, not a company office or server. The local SVG is a 16-color pixel-run vector traced from the first-party 314×107 product wordmark PNG, cropping its 107×107 smiley symbol; it is a derived asset, not an official native SVG. Owner artwork rights remain reserved. No customer account, subscription or runtime was tested. Closure source

Launch: The original homepage and Google Workspace add-on description show the full service existed before its 2023 shutdown; a first public launch day was not established.
