Verification notes

Shutdown: April 14, 2023 is an inferred dated issuer-filing proxy, not a measured technical service cutoff. The signed primary SEC filing confirms the company ceased operating its business on March 31, 2023 and identifies Cortex Studio as its SaaS product. The issuer-authored Republic campaign establishes an independent self-signup AI creative-testing workflow; a closed investment round is not shutdown evidence. The company was liquidating assets, not merely announcing an acquisition. Exact product access-loss day, first customer announcement, hour and time zone are unverified. Unrelated Cortex developer, crypto and security products are excluded. This record covers the complete Studio SaaS, not a separate entry for the filing’s Image Scoring API. Closure source

Launch: Company incorporation in 2014 and the later Studio campaign do not independently fix the first public Studio release day.
