Verification notes

Shutdown: August 22, 2025 is an inferred dated shutdown-decision and investor-notification proxy from the founder’s February 21, 2026 retrospective. It is not the actual hosting cutoff: she says all hosting was removed a few days later, while legal dissolution took weeks. The founder confirms paying users and completed shutdown of the released web/mobile clinical platform; licensing its code and IP to another startup does not mean Cydoc continued. The much broader AI-native EHR was a goal, not a shipped full EHR. First public launch day, first public closure notice and exact service cutoff/time zone were not established. Closure source

Launch: The February 2024 direct interview describes launch about a year earlier; April 2018 was work on the idea and April 2019 was company formation, not a verified public launch day.
