Verification notes

Shutdown: May 18, 2026 is an inferred dated documentation-notice proxy, not the measured service cutoff. The original repository commit adds an explicit completed SaaS-unavailability notice, which remains in the live docs. First customer notice, exact access-loss day/hour and cutoff time zone are unknown. The retired product was a separately named managed account/project workspace for AI evaluation and monitoring, not one model/API. Evidently and Tracely libraries, user self-hosting and Evidently Enterprise continue outside this scope. April 10, 2025 introduced Cloud v2; May 31, 2025 was only the older v1 transition, neither is the whole-service shutdown. Closure source

Launch: Cloud v2 availability from April 10, 2025 is established, but the original hosted Cloud first launch day was not established.
Location: United States · San Francisco. The original company-managed profile names San Francisco headquarters and links the matching product domain. This is an operator-headquarters fallback, not a product office/server claim. GeoNames provides the representative city point rounded to two decimals. Location source · Coordinate source
