Its Learn more link leads through gh.io/copilot-workspace-sunset to the GitHub Next team notice, whose gist was created May 21, 2025 and whose file header says Last updated: 2025-05-21. The gist container has a later update timestamp, which is not used as the original announcement day. That notice states that both new Workspace creation and access to existing Workspaces would end.
