Verification notes

Shutdown: September 20, 2025 is an inferred dated founder-post proxy, not the independently measured final service cutoff. The full post says this product is now sunset; a separately proposed open-source command-line tool is excluded. The complete subscribed GitHub app monitored documentation changes, applied customer guides and proposed fixes; it was not merely a GitHub built-in feature. The retained marketing site still offers trials, while the maker portfolio labels the SaaS shutdown. Exact access-loss day, hour and time zone are unverified; no account was tested. Closure source

Launch: The maker lists the project under 2024, which does not establish its first public launch day.
Location: United States · Sacramento. The company-managed Hyperlint profile explicitly lists Sacramento headquarters and links hyperlint.com. Use the sourced operator headquarters city, not California court venue or the maker’s separate San Francisco profile. GeoNames city coordinates are rounded to two decimals; this is not an office pin.
