- The displayed October 9, 2026 date is an inferred observation proxy: it is the day we read the original product article’s explicit completed-status heading, “App is discontinued.” It is not the actual service cutoff or original announcement day. The notice in the article mentions December 26 without a year, so no actual calendar date or time zone is inferred from it. This record covers the entire independently named Krisp Phone iOS meeting and mobile dialer app, not the continuing Krisp desktop software, SDK, company or newer mobile meeting-note application. The original article establishes an independent account, download and calling workflow centered on Krisp noise cancellation; the co-founder’s technical article explains the underlying deep-neural-network engine. The old discontinuation FAQ now returns 404 and its Wayback URL is explicitly excluded; those failures are not evidence of closure. The verified operator brand is Krisp.
