Verification notes

Shutdown: September 22, 2026 is an inferred dated completed-shutdown retrospective proxy, not a new 2026 cutoff: the founder explicitly places NeuralSpace’s shutdown in 2025 without an exact day. The product’s own original page now confirms services are unavailable. The March 25, 2025 founder post described shutdown still in progress and is not the final-service date. This record covers only this separately named hosted workspace with a complete user task, not each model/API, every licensed or on-premise copy, or the NeuralSpace umbrella as an extra product. First launch day, first customer notice and precise cutoff/time zone were not established. Closure source

Location: United Kingdom · London. The matching company-managed NeuralSpace profile links neuralspace.ai and explicitly lists London headquarters. Use the sourced operator-headquarters fallback; neither the Inc. license suffix nor customers in other countries supplies a different office city. GeoNames provides a representative city point rounded to two decimals, not an office or server address. Location source · Coordinate source
