Verification notes

Shutdown: The original Olivia team notice identifies July 15, 2022 as the standalone-app cutoff. June 15 is supported by contemporary first-hand reporting of the customer email sent that day. The company-managed profile independently states that Olivia ceased to exist as a separate app and brand after integration into Nubank. Thus completion is not inferred merely from acquisition or an elapsed deadline. The displayed July 15 is an inferred announced-cutoff proxy; no final session or exact technical cutoff was measured. Cutoff hour and time zone are unknown. One record covers the named consumer AI-finance app, including its international and Brazilian entrances; earlier regional phases are not independently dated here. Continuing Nubank banking and embedded AI capabilities are outside the closure claim. The later Nubank identity article describes the acquired technology in present tense; it is identity evidence, not proof that the standalone app survived. São Paulo is the legacy operator’s explicitly listed operating-office city proxy, preferred over its separately listed Palo Alto headquarters. It is not inherited from Nubank or asserted as a specific historical product-team office. Closure source

Location: Brazil · São Paulo. The exact Olivia AI, Inc. company-managed profile explicitly lists a São Paulo office, separately from its Palo Alto headquarters. Use this evidenced operator operating-office city as a labeled location proxy; it is not inherited from Nubank or asserted to be a verified historical product-team desk.
