Shutdown: The original Ona notice dated October 13, 2026 explicitly names Ona Cloud, says new signups have closed and existing users can continue through October 31, 2026, and asks them to save code and data before shutdown. The separate original Automations article describes independent cloud-hosted AI engineering tasks including code changes, tests and pull requests. This record covers the full named Ona Cloud hosted service, not Ona enterprise deployments in customer VPCs, the broader Ona brand, or Codex Cloud. It remains a planned closure; no post-deadline account or runtime observation was made. The notice supplies no cutoff hour or timezone. The site legal imprint names Gitpod GmbH and gives a Kiel registered address; the location is that address, not an independently established operations headquarters.
