Verification notes

Shutdown: The original live notice explicitly says the Reliv QA automation service has been discontinued and the company renamed to Eleven Dot Studio, with a separate game-development business. The displayed October 24, 2026 is inferred from this dated direct observation of that permanent-closure notice; it is not the actual technical cutoff or an announcement publication date. The original archived site establishes independent app.reliv.ai/signup accounts, recorded and plain-language AI tests, visual element identification, scheduled cloud runs and results. This is the complete QA product, not a single model or recorder feature. Continuing Eleven Dot Studio and Mart Mayhem are excluded. The first notice day, actual last service day and cutoff time zone remain unverified. Closure source

Launch: The first public launch day was not established. A Product Hunt award and the May 2024 terms date are not substituted for first availability.
Location: United States · Wilmington. The original Reliv closure notice explicitly links its renamed operator Eleven Dot Studio and Mart Mayhem. That operator’s developer-controlled Google Play listing supplies a Wilmington, Delaware business-contact address. Use this current renamed-operator contact-city fallback; it does not establish the old QA team’s operating city, historical headquarters, staff residence or a dedicated office. GeoNames city coordinates are rounded to two decimals, not the contact street address. Location source · Coordinate source
