Shutdown: Founder Dennis Jiang’s October 20, 2025 original notice says Rosie AI would remain available through the end of October, then sign-in would be disabled and the service would no longer run. The first-party homepage archived on November 4 still displayed a banner naming October 31 as the shutdown day; the founder’s original November 6 LinkedIn post, whose page metadata supplies that UTC publication day, says the team had notified customers of the shutdown and was winding down the company. The old askrosie.ai homepage now redirects to a parked lander. Together these support completed loss of the named service, but do not measure the final successful sign-in. Displayed October 31 is therefore an inferred operator-announced cutoff proxy, not an independently measured technical end day; serviceEndedAt is absent. The notice gives no cutoff hour or timezone. Original founder material and the notice describe a separately marketed, subscribed Excel analyst add-in with its own askrosie.ai customer entry that built models, formulas, charts and analyses; this is the entire independent Rosie AI offering, not a first-party Microsoft Excel feature or a single embedded tool. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and unrelated products remain outside scope.
