Verification notes

Shutdown: The founder’s dated August 29, 2026 post explicitly says the former app.tandemu.dev hosted platform is gone. That day is an inferred permanent-closure announcement marker, not a measured final cloud-access day. The full managed AI-memory, teammate and team workflow is the retired scope; the self-hostable Elastic License 2.0 core and editor integrations remain available. The retained homepage registration link is stale marketing, not a successful-account test. Tandemu, Substaff and Kreye are distinct user products despite one operator. First availability and cutoff hour/time zone were not established. Closure source
