- October 31, 2026 is an expressly announced future whole-service cutoff, not a completed shutdown. The exact original notice was successfully opened after the customer portal maintenance ended. This notice was published July 14, 2026 but says customers had already been notified since April of the previous year; the first announcement day is not established and remains null. The source does not state a cutoff hour or time zone. Existing customers are asked to cancel before service end without a cancellation penalty.
