- The original FAQ explicitly confirms the completed August 14, 2026 shutdown: the dedicated number no longer replies, web chat is off, no new accounts or subscriptions are created, and paid periods and proactive messaging ended. The homepage independently states that the service is no longer active. August 14 is the source-stated actual service-end day. September 13 is the separately announced user-data deletion day, not the service cutoff; actual deletion has not been audited. The original announcement day, cutoff hour and timezone are unverified. Remaining guides, sign-in links and historical instructions are static remnants, not evidence the assistant still works. The full named service had an independent iMessage/SMS entry and a web dashboard for conversation, remembered facts, reminders and billing; it was not an iMessage feature retirement. The original privacy policy names the HypeDev team as operator; a legal entity, operator location and coordinates are not inferred from a phone number, email domain or vendor infrastructure.
