Verification notes

Shutdown: The issuer’s 2023 EDINET annual report expressly confirms this named service ended March 31, 2023. The IRBank URL is a mirror of the original issuer filing, not a secondary summary; the company-hosted English plan URL returned a 404 page in the root check. The operator-issued product release explains machine-learned skill matching, and a direct vendor interview confirms a separately built SaaS. This covers the entire internal-placement product; ongoing Cognavi staffing, recruitment, college and India services are excluded. The report says it would rethink the service for customer needs; no later relaunch is asserted. The initial closure-announcement day, cutoff hour and time zone were not established. Closure source
