Verification notes

Shutdown: The maintainer’s November 8, 2025 commit adds an explicit statement that this was a functioning production SaaS and that no hosted service or production support is provided. The displayed UTC commit day is an inferred permanent-closure notice marker, not the actual account-access cutoff. The complete AI resume-ingestion, matching and dashboard service is the scope; the MIT-licensed code archive continues. The original service terms document independent accounts and an Arizona sole proprietorship. The former live hostname was not independently established, so the official maintainer archive is used as the website. Launch and cutoff time zone remain unknown. Closure source

Launch: The first public availability day was not established; a policy date or repository creation date is not treated as product launch.
Location: United States · Phoenix. The original product terms explicitly give Hiredar’s business-contact city as Phoenix, Arizona; the maintainer’s own GitHub profile also says Phoenix. This is a sourced contact-city fallback, not a courthouse, state-capital inference or office address. GeoNames coordinates are rounded to two decimals. Location source · Coordinate source
