- The operator explicitly states that since September 5, 2026 no new portraits can be generated and no downloads can be purchased. This is the source-stated actual cutoff for the independent AI photo-to-portrait service. Previously generated files may still be recovered during their existing retention period; residual download recovery, static examples and the planned open-source code release do not continue new generation or sales. The original homepage retains older marketing buttons, but its current closure banner and linked completed restriction specify the ended scope. The initial announcement day, first launch day, cutoff hour and timezone are not established. Original legal notice identifies Color Vivo Internet S.L. and its registered office in Herencia, Spain; that is a legal location rather than an asserted operating headquarters. The code MIT-release promise is not treated as an artwork license. The final verifier read the original Portuguese legal notice and both English/Portuguese closure pages; some English homepage/legal requests timed out or returned403, and those failed requests are not source proof.
