Verification notes

Shutdown: The Hocoos-operated knowledge-base notice calls April 23, 2026 the official shutdown date, says hosted customer websites would remain live only until then, and gives customers a March 23–April 23 data-export period. The current first-party product entrance at magic.hocoos.com expressly says the Hocoos platform has been discontinued and its editor and publishing are no longer accessible. This is the complete named AI website-building and hosting task, not a single embedded AI feature. The marketing homepage still advertises trials, pricing and links to the closed product entrance; that stale copy does not prove the editor remains usable. The post-deadline original entrance confirms completed closure, but it does not independently show the precise instant or day on which access actually ceased. The displayed April 23 day is therefore an explicitly inferred operator-announced cutoff proxy, not an independently verified exact service-loss day; no serviceEndedAt is asserted. The knowledge-base article was last updated March 23, but no separately proven first announcement day is claimed. Hocoos' original Terms name Komibi Inc. as provider. A Hocoos-issued 2023 launch release has a London dateline and an independent TechRadar review calls Hocoos London-based; this supports a city label but not a legal registered office. The site's 64px purple-and-white favicon was quantized and rendered as a self-contained eight-color path SVG; owner artwork rights remain reserved with no open image license asserted. No login, data export, domain transfer, mailbox transfer or refund flow was tested. Closure source
