Verification notes

Shutdown: The founder’s October 31, 2025 permanent-closure post supplies an inferred announcement-date marker, not the independently verified last service cutoff; the actual final service day remains unverified. His later original LinkedIn post says he shut Lorelight down weeks earlier, and the November 21 Section interview confirms already-completed closure. The archived first-party site establishes the complete multi-platform AI narrative-analysis task and real /users/sign_up and /users/sign_in entrances; app.lorelight.ai in a mockup is not treated as a verified account entrance. The historical privacy policy names French Together Limited; its later company renaming and continuing language businesses do not extend Lorelight. The current domain’s certificate failure is not bypassed and is not itself closure proof. The first launch day and cutoff time zone are unknown. Closure source
