Sources and verification
- Shutdown
- October 9, 2026 is the completed shutdown day explicitly confirmed on the operator’s rendered login page, not an inferred proxy. The homepage still carries an older October 8 plan; the later completed-closure statement resolves that prior planning conflict. The operator also states that Poised content has been deleted; the underlying deletion was not independently audited. Announcement day, cutoff hour and time zone are unknown. This covers the complete Poised communication-coaching app and service, not Deepgram’s other products or a single model. Current product privacy terms name Deepgram Inc.; the old Poised, Inc. copyright footer is not treated as the current operator. Closure source
