Verification notes

Shutdown: The original dedicated notice confirms completed whole-service closure on June 18, 2026. The company explicitly describes this separately named facility-operations chatbot; the founder’s May 19 notice identifies its own registered beta users, login and support. It ended before general availability, not before any users could try it. The old detailed launch page now redirects, so no unsupported RAG, reservation, maintenance-ticket or other module claim is added. The surviving Komaca builder and Poge service are separate. Exact cutoff hour/time zone and actual deletion execution are unverified. The displayed icon is the verified Chia operator mark, not a claimed native Shisetsu logo. Closure source

Launch: The original company homepage explicitly labels January 29, 2026 as the beta-service launch, not general availability.
Location: Japan · Tokyo. Chia’s original company page lists a public business-contact address in Tokyo’s Nakano ward. This is an operator contact-city fallback, not a product-specific office. The representative Tokyo GeoNames city point is rounded to two decimals, not the Nakano street address. Location source · Coordinate source
