Shutdown: The original Stability AI knowledge-base notice explicitly says the Stable Assistant application is being sunset on October 1, 2026 and describes subscription cancellation and prorated refunds. Its page exposes no original publication day or cutoff time zone; announcedAt remains null. The former assistant.stability.ai entry now redirects to stability.ai, corroborating the named app’s completed disappearance without independently proving the precise last successful session day. The displayed October 1 date is therefore an inferred operator-announced cutoff proxy, not a verified technical cessation day; serviceEndedAt is absent. Stability AI’s original product article documents a complete, separate paid creative-assistant task: prompt-based chat, image generation/editing and upscaling, video and 3D creation, and music generation. The company’s own credit guide says Stable Assistant had subscriptions/credits separate from DreamStudio and the Platform API.
