- September9,2026 is the actual managed-service cutoff explicitly confirmed by founder Dhravya Shah in his September10 article: the service stopped yesterday. September10 is the publication day, not the cutoff. The post names the Company Brain Slack agent and inaccessible dashboard, and states customers who were charged were refunded; these are operator claims, not a billing/backend audit. This record covers the complete named Supermemory-managed Company Brain service, a finished Slack agent and dashboard for shared-memory answers and tool actions, not an embedded Slack feature or Supermemory’s core memory API. Core MCPs/plugins, the developer platform and Nova functionality moved to its console remain outside this record. On September25, the operator separately confirmed the hosted product had ended while publishing the complete harness for customer self-hosting. That source-code continuation does not resume the discontinued managed subscription, but the distinction must remain explicit: Company Brain code can still be run independently.
