Verification notes
- Shutdown
- The current developer-controlled App Store release notes explicitly state that TalkBrief is shutting down: new registrations and meetings are closed, and recording, uploads, retries, regeneration and online sharing are disabled. Existing users have a seven-day period to export completed meetings as Markdown; remaining archive access is not ongoing AI meeting-note creation. The visible October 18, 2026 day is an expressly inferred observation proxy: it is the day these completed task-level restrictions were personally verified, not a proven technical cutoff or original announcement day. The listing and the original website do not establish when the seven-day backup window began or ends; Apple metadata's current-version date is not used as the closure date, because app release notes may change separately. No serviceEndedAt is asserted. The original talkbrief.ai hostname did not resolve in a separate read, but that network failure alone is not used as closure evidence. The App Store identifies a complete named AI meeting app and its seller as Shenzhen Lifangjuzhen Technology Co., Ltd.; AI recording-to-minutes generation is the app's core workflow, not an embedded extra feature. The city label refers to Shenzhen in the seller's registered Chinese corporate name, not a verified current office or server location. The local path-only icon manually traces the blue/white book-in-speech-bubble logo downloaded from the developer's App Store artwork; rights remain reserved and no open artwork license is claimed. No account login, backup deadline or deletion was tested. Closure source

- Launch
- Apple metadata dates the current iOS listing to January 8, 2026, but the operator's Chinese-language meeting-notes product may have existed earlier; no universal first TalkBrief launch day is asserted.
- Location
- China · Shenzhen. The App Store seller is 深圳市立方矩阵科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Lifangjuzhen Technology Co., Ltd.); Shenzhen is part of the seller's registered corporate name, not proof of a current app-team office or server location. Coordinates use the GeoNames populated-place point rounded to two decimal places for the city-level globe marker, not an office or server address. Location source · Coordinate source
