- The October 4, 2024 direct AppSumo customer notice says the USP.ai team could no longer keep its complete AI image service running and would discontinue it effective October 20. The current former product domain, usp.ai, was opened after that deadline and displays only 'A Strategic Asset Held by DuoIQ', with no AI image workflow. This supports completed disappearance of the hosted product, but it does not independently establish the exact final day on which accounts stopped working. The displayed October 20, 2024 date is therefore an explicitly inferred planned-cutoff proxy, not a verified actual service cutoff; no serviceEndedAt is asserted. The original seller listing and January 2023 team introduction establish an independently named full user task of generating, editing and upscaling AI images with prompt tools, projects and user plans, not an individual model or embedded plug-in. The AppSumo notice dates the announcement October 4; it does not supply a shutdown hour or timezone. The listing names USP.ai's seller/team but has inconsistent personal founder labels; the former company’s Companies House record and the separately identified founder supply a London registered-city fallback, rather than a verified team office.
