Sources and verification
- Shutdown
- Southern Weekly’s November 28, 2025 report directly interviews a user who received an in-app notice specifying November 30 as the end of all operating services. In a September 17, 2026 Phoenix Technology interview, former Xiaoice CEO Li Di discusses why X-Eva ultimately closed, corroborating the completed outcome without dating the actual cutoff. The displayed November 30 date is therefore a planned-cutoff proxy, not an independently confirmed actual service-end day. The announcement publication day, actual cutoff day, hour and time zone remain unverified. A Dianchang report attributes a closure-plan announcement to October 31, 2025, but the original notice’s publication date was not personally established, so announcedAt remains unknown. This record covers the complete independently named X Eva app, including its clone and companion interactions; Xiaoice’s continuing corporate products and other apps are outside scope. The retained official landing page still advertises downloads and a clone world; that stale marketing does not establish continued app operation. No customer account or backend was tested.
