Verification notes

Shutdown: September 29, 2026 is an inferred dated CEO post-mortem proxy; the CEO places company shutdown in September without an exact final service day. The released platform handled a complete narrow PDF-to-model task for customers, with human review; it was not only the earlier viral prototype. The founder also says broader unassisted coverage remained incomplete, so no fully autonomous or all-building-elements claim is made. The company profile and founder release describe separate entry, pricing and real beta/launch users. Retained marketing is historical identity evidence. Exact cutoff hour/time zone and initial notice are unverified. Revit and the unrelated constructai.com service are excluded. Closure source

Launch: The CEO retrospective explicitly dates the first customer beta to April 17, 2026; broader launch followed in July. This is the beta start, not the earlier company founding or demo.
