Shutdown: The original Visily Team announcement dated October 3, 2026 says the whole Visily application will shut down on October 31. Users may use and export designs before the future cutoff; data deletion on November 30 is a separate event. The original founder product history and current first-party service terms describe an independent online AI UI design workspace with text/screenshot-to-design, editing, wireframes and prototypes, not a single plugin or model. The service remains scheduled, not observed discontinued, and the announcement gives no cutoff hour/timezone. The service terms name Visily, Inc.; Georgia governing law/arbitration venue is not treated as an operating location. The official site favicon is raster-vectorized with retained rights.
