Xingliu original completed-shutdown modal and linked first-party migration FAQ ↗ · Checked 22 Oct 2026

Verification notes

Shutdown: The original Xingliu homepage was opened on October 22, 2026 and its live modal says the entire website and all services have already stopped at 24:00 Beijing time on October 10, 2026, with old account contents no longer accessible or recoverable. The first-party migration FAQ linked by that modal explicitly includes both regular and Beta accounts, repeats the complete-service cutoff, and says Xingliu could be used until then. Displayed October 10 follows the operator’s stated calendar-day convention for “October 10 at 24:00”; as an instant this is the boundary at the start of October 11 China Standard Time. This is the operator-confirmed whole-service cutoff, not a mere sales stop or an inferred date; no separate measured last request is claimed. The FAQ states Xingliu and Lovart.art memberships/credits are independent and assets could be migrated before cutoff. Lovart continues separately with new features, but this does not mean the Xingliu entrance, accounts or remaining original service continued. The original product page describes a separately named AI design Agent with its own account and end-to-end tasks across posters, brand work, illustrations, e-commerce imagery and storyboards. The original privacy and membership terms name Beijing Yanyu Technology Co., Ltd. as product developer/operator; a September 2026 Beijing municipal visit identifies Xingliu as a distinct design-agent product within the continuing company portfolio, supporting Beijing as the operator city but not a specific product office or server location. The FAQ shows an effective date of September 7 and a modified September 8 label without an independently established first notice-publication date, so announcedAt stays null. An early privacy-policy effective date and reports of the later Agent version do not establish the initial public launch day. The local white path SVG was threshold-traced from the official 48×48 favicon and its black raster background removed; it approximates verified source artwork, not an official native vector. Owner artwork/trademark rights remain reserved. No account login, output migration or deletion audit was performed. Closure source

Launch: The first public service day is not established. An original privacy policy was effective in December 2024, while July 2025 reporting describes the later design-Agent launch; neither is silently substituted for the original product launch day.
Location: China · Beijing. The Beijing municipal industry bureau reports its September 16, 2026 visit to Beijing Yanyu Technology and identifies Xingliu in the company product matrix. This supports the operator city, not a product-specific office, hosting site or service market. Coordinates use the GeoNames populated-place point rounded to two decimal places for the city-level globe marker, not an office or server address. Location source · Coordinate source
