Verification notes

Shutdown: The owner’s retrospective explicitly dates the completed shutdown to September 30, 2019 and says Meekan is unavailable. Announcement day, cutoff hour and time zone are unknown. This was a separately named installable assistant with a complete calendar-negotiation task, rather than a feature owned by Slack, HipChat or Teams. Those entrances and its prototypes share one record. Doodle acquired Meekan in 2016 and operated it before closure. Tel Aviv is the historical product team’s self-reported headquarters proxy, not Doodle AG’s corporate headquarters. Continued Doodle services are outside scope. Closure source
