Sources and verification
- Shutdown
- The original shutdown page and current service terms explicitly confirm that the whole Nori assistant is offline and access has ended. Signup redirects to the completed-closure page. October 12, 2026 is an inferred dated observation proxy for personally verifying that closure, not the actual cutoff or initial announcement day. The June 17, 2026 legal-page update is not substituted for either date, and the September 30 data-deletion promise is not treated as an audited deletion or service cutoff. The retained homepage still advertises features and prices; its signup redirect and completed-closure terms resolve that stale-marketing conflict. This covers the independent assistant application and connected-account task workflow, not Gmail, Slack, Calendar or its LLM providers. Original terms name Nori Labs, Inc. and a Delaware contact address; US country refers only to that legal contact, not an operating headquarters. First launch day, cutoff hour and timezone are not established. Closure source
