Shutdown: The original Team Molili notice is signed July 23, 2026 and schedules payment shutdown July 23, core chat/voice/diary functions September 23, then all login and online services at October 23 24:00 Beijing time. October 23 is the operator-stated displayed calendar day; 24:00 is the boundary equivalent to October 24 00:00 Beijing time, not a second independent shutdown date. A separate November 23 target concerns deletion/anonymization, not access. The original Steam listing establishes a complete named desktop AI companion with interactive Live2D character, long-term memory, conversation, web search, image generation and a separate Molili account; it lists Team Molili as developer/publisher and the December 2, 2025 store release. The team’s notice supplies the full online-service deadline. Its passed September 23 main-service plan is not independently promoted to confirmed merely because time elapsed; the whole-product status stays planned pending post-October-23 evidence. Local offline desktop residue, if any, is not claimed closed, while the notice says the product cannot be used after full shutdown.
