- Shutdown
- June 1, 2024 is the actual service cutoff stated in the customer notice reproduced by GeekWire on June 3. The notice was received on May 30; customers could export data through May 31. The export deadline and service cutoff are distinct. The reporter also interviewed CEO Pete Christothoulou by phone: the company was still operational and working on a new chapter, so this record does not claim that the company ceased to exist on June 1. The complete customer-facing Xembly assistant ended across web, Chrome extension and Slack, rather than a single integration or feature. Xena was its assistant name, not a separately counted service. The original archived homepage describes an enterprise AI platform for scheduling, summaries and task tracking; the operator’s June 16, 2022 public launch announcement independently establishes a complete usable AI assistant. The old product domain is now repurposed and cannot substantiate the historical product; the website link therefore points to its original vendor launch announcement. Cutoff hour and time zone are not specified. Seattle is the reported company location, not a verified server or office address. A separate legal suffix is unverified. No original runtime, billing or data-deletion audit was performed. Closure source
