Verification notes

Shutdown: The original closure notice says YumeAI will shut down October 30, 2026, has already stopped new registrations and purchases, and allows existing members to sign in and use remaining tokens until the stated day. Its undated notice does not establish an announcement day or cutoff time zone; announcedAt remains null and the record stays planned until completed closure is independently verified. The original terms identify a separate named account-based AI character-chat service with custom fictional companions, image generation, videos and voice notes, rather than a single model or embedded feature. The terms name EverAI Limited as owner/operator and provide a registered address in Santa Venera, Malta; this establishes a legal contact location, not staff headquarters or server location. The local icon isolates the native path for the initial Y from YumeAI’s original SVG wordmark and places it on a purple path tile for legibility. It is a path-only adaptation of operator artwork; logo and trademark rights remain with EverAI Limited, with no open license asserted. No account, token, export, refund or post-deadline access was tested. Closure source
